Feeling great and not great.

I always feel like a walking contradiction. I feel good but I feel not so good. I feel like eating but I don't really want to eat. I wanna go outside but I also want to do somethings inside. There's a few examples. Lol but I'm serious.

I think all of us feel this way, at some point. Like for me, I want people to notice me, but I also don’t want to be the center of attention. Or I’m super organized at work, and awfully messy at home. That’s why some people have such a hard time figuring me out 😂.

Preach it! Oh man, all day everyday, for as long as I can remember… until I suddenly and randomly get that wild hare that leads me down a new rabbit hole. I have always chalked it up to my hardship of decision making.

And that is okay. You are lucky. More to explore! It is okay to feel kinda good or good in some ways not on others. Focus on whatever IS good. Add gratitude. And then if u have energy try to do just ONE thing that might help out whatever aspects of you feel notsogood Go back to focusing on the good and the thankfulness if you need a boost You can learn how to feel good and still work on issues. You can do it!!!!!!!
