Going to start keeping track of wins to remind myself to celebrate small things. Today I plucked up the courage and overcame the procrastination of calling the car dealership. I had a problem with my cars battery and I called them and reported it! 

Win log: I called the car dealership! 

I got chat gbt to write me a script of what to say and the steps leading up - really helped the overwhelm. Though don’t beat yourself up re: the AirPods. There are tonnes of things like that, that I have not addressed over the years so I’m just trying to focus on the positive!
