Find comments?

Is there a way (that anyone knows of) to “subscribe” to a post or more easily find posts you’ve commented on? For example, I know I commented on someone’s post saying I’d be super interested in being accountability partners but don’t know if they ever responded to my comment on their post. It would be super helpful to be notified when folks respond to your comments/have the ability to respond directly to a comment, but maybe there already is??
