Struggling

I'm a mama of a 7, almost 4, and 5 month old...i Clean multiple times daily in large amounts. My oldest two have chores now so it does help me out some....but I just am finding it hard to get out of bed in the morning. My period is late and I can't afford to start therapy ...we struggle to pay bills and some don't get paid. It's even harder to get groceries. I just need a break.... I have blood pressure issues and the meds I take have flaws but I can't switch the type of meds until I stop breast feeding.... just a lot of stuff on top of other stuff. And I know that that life but I just need something to give...

I’m the mom of twin 12 year olds and most of the time I feel like I am trying to heard feral cats. I cannot imagine 7. Don’t be to harsh on yourself. Just remember it is ok to pause if everyone is safe, fed, and not covered in toxic waste. Also, my dr said no duct taping them to walls. 😁

That is a lot for ANYONE regardless of neurotypical/divergent status. I agree with Ran7a… you need help to get some systems in place so you can feel more empowered. Have you looked into getting an ADHD coach? There are also podcasts that help women with ADHD. Just some thoughts. Hang in there.

I think you might need professional support to get you started to delegate some chores. It seems too much at the beginning especially with so many responsibilities.
