‼️Does any feel like their lack of memory will eventually lead to dementia? Like it’s mind blowing🤯 the $hit that I can forget how FAST!!!

Yes this scares me. My gramma had dementia. Sometimes I already feel like I’m 90. Fun fact: I used to work for a 91-year-old and she was way more on the ball than me!

Same here! I totally been thinking the same thing lately. I used to be a numbers girl. Remembering everything with numbers. Now… uhhhh hold on, give me a second. Or 10. Until I get side tracked and forget the question anyways

Yes, it's my fear as well. I work with seniors with dementia and quite often I joke (when I'm having a bad day with my memory) that I might need a room soon in this nursing home. I hope it's not so but I find humor helps me cope a little better.

Yes! My memory is awful. I can forget entire conversations I just had. Luckily my husband is also ND so he gets it but the rest of the world not so much.

Yes, I’m terrified of this. My memory has gotten worse since I had chemo for breast cancer in 2020… my husband gets so frustrated with me
