How to adhd on YouTube has a video going over the best adhd planners. I guess most people do well with a bullet journal I personally hyperfixate on decorating it and then I get overwhelmed and lose interest. I've heard good things about the heros journey planner series too

I use magic of I, not for adhd but it's astrological based and has a bunch of interesting things I like to learn about and really pretty

I’d love to to be able to stick with a planner but I gave up on it… I was always buying a new one thinking if it was interesting or pretty and I had my favorite pen that maybe I’d stick to my planner but I have yet to do that… instead they get buried under my pile of papers etc and occasionally uncovered to use again before a new year starts… I did recently buy a budget planner which I hope to use well because I desperately need it but I’m still holding off… not sure why I do this to myself but 🤷🏻‍♀️

There’s one from imperfect inspiration, found it on tiktok and tbh it’s really manageable, I use it on GoodNotes so I can have it on my phone

I like the happy planner, it's super customizable.
