Viewing Completed Tasks

Is there a way of viewing all tasks achieved over a certain period and then being able to see a comparison between the weeks of how you are improving ie. Completed number of tasks on within set timeframe. I want to see if there is a pattern and a reason for that pattern, so I am not so hard on myself.
