Tried eating vegetables first before anything else, seems to work for me. I do sometimes procrastinate on that too though. 😅

There was an article online I saw the other day. I didn't think it made sense but wanted to see if anyone else had tried. undiagnosed until adulthood. It said diet doesn’t cause ADHD, some research suggests what you eat can impact your symptoms.
