Stuck in bed

I’m feeling really tired today. I don’t know why because I had a good sleep. I’ve taken my medications, had breakfast, got up and showered but then I made the mistake of getting back into bed. It’s warm and cozy and I just can’t bring myself to get up again any ideas or inspiration?

I use a sleep schedule then the first thing I do when I get up is not turn on the tv or engage anything except excercise/meditation/yoga…and try to plan my day. I count my blessings and evaluate my challenges. Then I try to share/encourage others…. So get your rear out of bed and take just one step forward! Others steps will follow. You got this!

When I feel like that I have to make it a game and challenge myself to do X or work on Y for 15 minutes.

I feel that way sometimes. I tell myself to get up and stand or walk around for 30 seconds. Sometimes I see something or start something that interests me and don’t go back to bed.
