Loss of passion?

Wondering if anyone can relate: for years music has been my passion, loved learning about it and made music myself for quite a long time, even went to university to study music for four years. I always felt like as much as I loved music that once I started learning about the small details of things I lost interest. Since graduating a couple of years ago it just isn’t a massive part of my life anymore, and I have the embarrassment of telling people that I’m not really playing any instruments, making or listening to music anymore like they expected of me lol I know people with adhd can quickly lose interest in hobbies but can it happen on such a long term scale? All I’m interested in nowadays is growing vegetables 😂

I dropped fashion after being in the industry for 7 years and after fashion design school 👹 I've been working for the biggest fashion company in my country alongside a creative director and one day I just couldn't do it anymore. Now I work with food and I feel much happier than I was before!

Maybe you can incorporate music into your veggie growing. I know my mother plays music for her plants and sings in her garden, claiming they hear and feel her. Maybe find a way, through exploration and research, to mesh the two, test different sounds/beats and see if your veggies respond.

I totally get it, Teaching had been a passion of mine and went to college to be a Mathematics teacher and after years of going in and out of it I am trying to change my career and right at this moment I have bo idea what am I going to do. Teaching feels like it is so boring thing to do now. I think we just have to try things out and see where we can enjoy.
