Smart watches can remind you to stretch, it gave me an idea
I get so distracted or so hyperfocused I forget to get up and stretch, or go eat/make meals, so when my watch reminds me to move when I am hyperfocused I take the time to be mindful if I need to not just eat but do any selfcare stuff. Having one reminder trigger you to think about other self care things could be a great idea if anyone else struggles with it too. Takes a couple to a few days practise but then comes naturally! Everytime I get that stretching reminder now I automatically think of the other selfcare things! (You can set it to remind you just during awake hours and how often on some smart watches!)
