Great hack for me
Leave your shoes on. It's been the best hack I utilize (and it's not 100% success but I get 75-85% success rare from it) The reason being, with adhd we forget quickly or hyperfocus and get side tracked. When doing tasks - if you keep your shoes on you're gonna naturally have a little more motivation to do things. Even if it's around the house. The reason being that shoes are uncomfy - and enough of a reminder as to whyyy you have them on. When you take them off you have to make more of a conscious decision. This method will allow me to take breaks but 8/10 times I get back up and finish my tasks! I really hope this hack makes sense and helps (I did not come up with it - it was a video I saw on social media and they do a MUCH better job explaining... I don't remember who it is though)
