I've always struggled with homework motivation, but right now it's so bad. Even on my ADHD meds, I can't seem to sit and do the work. It's not like I have a ton of classes, I'm taking TWO classes right now and one of them I have no issue doing the work. It's just my US History course I'm having trouble with. I think it's because of the amount of reading and lack of comprehension. I've never really enjoyed history.
If you can either get your info on a web page out download a digital copy, Bionic Reading (app, Chrome extension, and web page). It changes the font into one that the ADHD brain has an easier time with. Get to use way more energy and comprehension and way less energy on the task of reading the letters on the page
Usually for adhd’ers it’s very hard to stay on task with something their not intrested in! I’m not sure how to get around that except maybe a chapter at a time idk but I do know it’s a condition of having adhd
