What does your ADHD paralysis feel like?

Like I’m in an obstacle course inside of a maze. I know where I need to go, I just can’t get there.

Like being still and not taking action is better and safer than taking a risk

Mine feels like vibrations through my nervous system that get me so overwhelmed that my only choice is to be as numb as possible.

A void. No motivation. No inspiration. Just me and my never ending responsibilities sitting in a numbing darkness.

Feels like the rumbling under your feet when you’re going up a roller coaster 🎢 and I can’t make it stop

Mine feels like I'm at the base of a mountain that I need to climb and I don't have any equipment

Mine is like a blackhole. That scary, that endless, that unknown, that empty, that dark... 🤦‍♀️🤦

Like the stove is on with 4 pots of boiling over water and my hands are full of lemons

Mine feels like wearing a snowsuit made of rocks.
