String cheese and protein shakes. I take a lot of vitamins so that makes me at least eat before I take those. Frozen pizza for dinner

Hot dog. It’s one of the meals that requires the lowest amount of executive functions and you can eat in a couple of minutes. Keep always hot dog buns somewhere, you should already have ketchup, mayo and mustard. When you’re hungry and don’t have the energy to cook, you grab some sausages, you microwave them, you grab your buns and do the same thing. Then you can just mix your favorite sauces and eat :)

I have a bunch of things I don’t have to cook. I call it my “Italian toddler meal”: salami, sliced cheddar or cubed pepper jack, baby dill pickles, black olive pre-packaged cups, triscuits, boiled eggs (bought pre made because I don’t have the patience 😂), and some red grapes. Sometimes I add red or yellow bell pepper if I have it. No cooking, ready right when I discover I’m so hungry I could die.

Nachos. Tortilla chips (the dipper kind so you can have cheese pools) with shredded cheddar cheese and banana peppers thrown on top, microwave 45 seconds. I practically live off of it, not healthy, but quick, easy and yummy.
