Morning Routine
I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 7 years old. To say it’s crippled my success - when combined with depression and severe anxiety- would be an understatement. I get into the “Zone” when I’m writing as that’s my special interest but it’s so hard to build a routine that I can stick to. Can anyone relate to this? I know what I need to do and I know what I like to do and what I’m good at - I just don’t prioritize it.
