Hi! Good that you’re taking the first steps! I hat a lot of depression episodes in the past but any doctor/psychologist ever told me it could be ADHD until I saw some videos on internet which I felt very connected with and talked to an Neurologist. Turns out the reason of my anxiety and depression was always ADHD… Its worth it to look for an Neurologist to do the tests and confirm it. Your life can only improve after that. Good luck!
