Learning strategies

Hey! Any adhd or autism gurus out here that can help me get a better learning strategy when trying to study on my e learning platform?

Music is a tool I found helpful. I had go to stuff for studying and focus. Instrumental, no words. The tempo and complexity can be your choice to suit your state of mind. It’s been effective for me. Now I use everything from Tibetan monk chants, flutes(Native American) to classical (violins and cellos) to electronics (jean Michelle jarre) to Pink Floyd to other space music, (Hearts of Space on PBS since the 80’s when I was in Junior college) I never new why it was so hard for me for certain classes but i’m on to me now! Hope you get some tools in your box that work for you!

Probably not related but at work my boss is teaching me the ropes of his job, I struggle with paying attention when he is talking! It’s over stimulating sometimes, so I find that I learn best and remember more by taking notes! Sometimes I even get hot to just write me instructions so I can just constantly go over it when I need

I can‘t remember the names but there are tools for your browser to block specific sites for a time so you don‘t get distracted! There‘s also a coworking/studying video call website if you need body doubling.
