tips for motivation and staying on task?

I love timers and alarms. Set them for every task I have. It’s silly, but it keeps me on task. I set reoccurring alarms for exercise, getting out the door, making dinner. Any other suggestions? Anything that you live? That’s helped you?

When you're cleaning have boxes or bins dedicated for each room so you don't have to leave the room you're cleaning. If your cleaning the living room and find something that belongs in a bed room, but it in the bin that is assigned to that specific room. That way at the end of cleaning the living room you can take it to the correct room.

I’ve started to ignore my alarms. It’s probably time to change the sounds on them.
