I keep feeling burnt out. Any tips?

I am usually used to doing a million things a day and it makes me so happy. I usually workout multiple times a day, study and find creative outlets. But recently, I have lost all my motivation and I am so tired. I really need to get out of this burnout. Any tips?

You’re in the in-between lull where you’re not getting as much dopamine from your interests and need a new one to get you going again. I suggest resting. It’ll come.
