I keep feeling burnt out. Any tips?

I am usually used to doing a million things a day and it makes me so happy. I usually workout multiple times a day, study and find creative outlets. But recently, I have lost all my motivation and I am so tired. I really need to get out of this burnout. Any tips?

I feel you…. I thought I was burned out and then less than a week ago my daughters father died and now I feel like I’ve been run over by a truck. I just want to lie in a bed or sit on a chair and do nothing… I don’t know if it’s the adhd is making these hard times impossible for me… or if I’m still in shock… Oh, I’m sorry I’m not giving you any advice… I’m just as lost myself ❤️‍🩹
