ADHD paralysis?

I have an alarm app called "I Can't Get Up". It has some duties for you to choose on order to turn the alarm off. I use the "barcod" duty. I put a barcod to my bathroom and set the app for that barcod. Now, without scanning the barcod, the alarm does not turn off😅. So I have to go to bathroom. As I am in the bathroom, I wash my face. And the day starts...😅
