If it is worth being done . . .

It is worth doing badly. This is one of two mantras I have been using recently. The other is “everything is low stakes.”

Rather than moving at your fastest pace, start with your slowest and slowly build momentum.

This is something I need to try. I’m a perfectionist and that often complicates the task to the point that I can give up on it. Sometimes I spend so much time planning the perfect solution that I get overwhelmed and never start.
