Executive decision failure

I can't seem to tackle my tasks. I do everything BUT what I need to do.... any tips?

Sounds simple but I try to do 1 or 2 of the important things first… I know, ADHD 101 but it helps when I remember to do it

Hmm, maybe you can build momentum with the less important tasks :(

Personally, I tend to do better in the morning. So knowing that, I’ll wake up, get some coffee and check emails and read a little. I’ll also conscientiously choose to not go on YouTube shorts because I know I’ll get sucked in. I’ll then jot things down and brainstorm and get to work. An early start, 3 cups of coffee and brainstorming usually gets me going in the right direction.

The morning and right before lunch is my best time to get stuff done. I also use this to my advantage. I also try to regulate my time since I easily do "to much" to make me tired the rest of the day. Like now I'm gonna clean for 30-45 minutes. Then I try to stop no matter if I'm done or not.
