I use EMDR & EFT therapies (got it from my therapist, but you can look them up on YouTube and do it for free). I also do meditation, mindfulness and positive affirmations. You got this! 💜

Tuning into my breath helps me, I usually find that I’m breathing shallow when I get anxious, so I try to consciously take deeper breaths and tell myself it’s okay, one thing at a time, I can do this
