How to eat?
I don't get hungry, like pretty much ever... And I forget to eat, especially when I am at home. At work I have the trigger of a lunch break, but at home I get distracted, I struggle really bad with time blindness, so it gets late and I haven't eaten. I've tried timers, but I just dismiss them with "I need to finish this" or "I'm not hungry" or "I cba" wait 5 minutes, then 5 hours passes. I'm not losing weight or in any way restricting or anything. Just never interested in food because I'm not hungry. If I eat with someone (like people ask me out to eat) I eat no issue. It's just when I don't have the requirement to eat I dont have the desire to eat.
