Journal new things!
When starting new meds, routines, supplements, diet try journaling them. Write at the top what new thing you're doing, and when you do it, then list any symptoms you have for the day, last write a summary of what all you did that day, so you can see how it all ties together. It'll help you pin point better times, and/or days to do the new things that optimize your day. In most things I do I often know I like it or I don't, it works or it doesn't, but can't explain why. Journaling new things helps me to identify the why which is super helpful especially when Its health related, and I need to be giving feedback to my Dr about it. I was just using the notes app on my phone, but I switched to using the Daylio app. I love it! It has suggested note templates that can help, and you can also personalize your own.
