I’m not currently on any meds but I’m a teacher too and have been getting the same drop in energy as soon as the pupils leave. I think we’re so switched on, making so many decisions and having to do so much masking that, especially by this point in the year, there’s just nothing left to give at the end of the day.

I’m a teacher. I have been taking Ritalin for 2 years. Lately I’ve noticed that I can focus and life is great until about 3 pm. Right when the students go home. Then I am wiped out and just want to sleep. I fall asleep while sitting up. I’m wondering if I should adjust or have a new adhd medication. It feels like I get overwhelmed and then just want to sleep.
