need to stop staying up so late playing video games 😵‍💫

I used to be stuck in that loop especially when it was super easy to in 2020 right after I just graduated. What helped get on a good sleep schedule was to commit a week to getting up early/going to bed early by one hour each day. Make sure you dont oversleep or undersleep if getting up is a big issue too. Adults on avg should have 6-8 hours of sleep but as an individual it can depend, but its safe to start out with that. Also I use this alarm clock called Alarmy, you can configure it to make yourself have to do a task in order to be able to shut off your alarm. Its free on app store. Hope this helps! Also dont feel discouraged if you break your sleep schedule again, just try it again the mext morning, 💪

Can relate.. it’s the vortex.. gotta get smacked out of that.. as if its soooo important to do that / finish what you’re doin, right?!
