ADHD Hack

Create a reverse to do list. Write down things you’ve accomplished that day already: brush teeth, eat breakfast, feed kids/pets, take meds Then, check all of those items off, and add 3 more things you want to accomplish. It’ll be easier to get those three things done, since you already have a dopamine hit from doing the first few things!
