ADHD Hack

Create a reverse to do list. Write down things you’ve accomplished that day already: brush teeth, eat breakfast, feed kids/pets, take meds Then, check all of those items off, and add 3 more things you want to accomplish. It’ll be easier to get those three things done, since you already have a dopamine hit from doing the first few things!

I have lists after lists and books full I write every thing every feels what I have to do in hole year its only way I keep organised and I even right my phone conversation down before I ring 🙂😆 sounds mad but it's the only way my structure works

Does anyone ever want to do a to do list and start it and not complete the actual writing down or creating of the list ... that's me! Or joining an app and doing it instead of the things I am supposed to do like right now. Lol

I’ve been doing this lately and it’s wonderful for my sense of well-being. An add on is that when I’m overwhelmed I try to limit the kinds of things I put on my todo list. I ask myself if it’s a “glass ball” or a “plastic ball”. If it’s a plastic ball I let myself drop it. I don’t even write it down. If it actually matters to me I’ll be able to pick it back up when I’m doing better.
