Anyone taking a non stimulant adhd medicine? What is it? Do you like ?

Following as I don’t care to be on meds the rest of my life….

I used to use Valium which worked wonders however as soon as you’re off your back to square one..

I do. ADHD is treated differently in Europe. It will calm you down, but your willpower has to be engaged to do something.
