Does anyone else have a suggestion on calming you brain?

My brain has been running 1 million miles a minute and I need it to slow down and breathe?

I tried this hack and it works for me: Deeply and slowly inhale and exhale and then ask yourself in your mind, “I wonder what my next thought will be.” I hope this helps you.

A walk outside sometimes helps me by changing scenery, and walking helps divergent thinking. A longer walk can relieve stress, it sort of tells your body to switch from producing stress hormones, and it could help you think out your problem creatively into solutions or bite sized actions

Exercise, going outside, music and hypnosis as well as talking to a friend are the only things helping me usually.
