I really dislike any kind of shoes, my toes need freedom to wiggle and giggle... if I'm forced to wear them (at a spa for example) I'd literally loose them (!) everytime leaving a sauna or pool... but for me it's the clothes! I need my "ootd" and daily make-up on, or else nothing will be working (well at least not me, on smth productive)
100% agree, once the shoes are off-everything stops! Been forgetting that a lot though recently, so thanks for the reminder 😆👍
Same! I’ve noticed if I put my shoes on in the morning versus not, directly relates to my productivity
I have special house shoes (fuzzy slides) I put them on as soon as I take my shoes off after school, works for me!
literally just posted this as my best piece of advice regarding ADHD i have ever been given 😂😂😂 ya work to get those shoes off! def helps me!
