Struggling with perfectionism and you ?

For example, I need to lose weight and what would really help is to make a menu for each day of the week. Before I was able to do that, I decided I should record all the food I buy on Notion and created a shortcut that would scan the barcode of each product, get their nutritional facts, price etc from the internet, then register it on Notion, for me to input it on another app… easy to say that it took me ages and the menu never got written…

I lost over 200lbs with the help of vyvanse and aderall. The medication rewired my brain, I would go for a healthy snack instead of garbage. I also did the Atkins diet but cheated. This was all during the pandemic so I would walk 10-15 miles daily. I purchased an Apple watch so that way I was able to track things.

Yeah sounds to over complicated! Keep it simple or it won't happen.
