Also my move was successful!!

Thank God I'm back in shape again real quick. All it took was one solid month of Nutrition. By week two I started getting that natural energy. After week 3 I started running up 3 flights of stairs like I used to. Feels amazing. I work at a facility that has a basement and three floors now. Very old building. I do not trust the little elevator there. Nope haha

Feel droopy and smug even 2hrs after a good nights sleep, exercise and hydration. My next guess would be nutrition. I don’t even know where to start

I also cut out dairy. I don't drink anything besides water.

I'm eating mostly vegan. I'm learning about macros. I actually eat about almost a one pound salad dailyy. I throw in fruit, nuts, seeds, everything. Chia seeds in my water. A good 2L water per day. The other day I threw pineapple in the salad with red pepper flakes. Delicious. Nutrition is key. Also did you know Serotonin is synthesized in the gut? Nutrition = happiness
