Sometimes I skip my break if I’m on a role (which helps me get to my long break faster, which makes it kind of exciting for me). ￼ Although, sometimes if you skip your break (depending on how long your work timer) you can end up burning out faster. I’d try it both ways and see which one is better for you.

Do you have any hacks or tip on how to start using the Pomodoro timer? The idea of using it stresses me out; I've tried it, but when I finally start a task, it's time to stop... I haven't managed to use it more than a couple of times. Thanks!
