How do you manage to raise your dopamine level? Do you have any little trick to share?

Research has shown that exercise change the brain's storage of dopamine and also activates the production of dopamine receptors in the brain's reward center. 🏋🏼‍♀️ it helps me A LOT! It seems very difficult to start, but when you start to make progress… 🫶🏼🫶🏼 My gym has a great sauna complex, so double shot of dopamine. It’s expensive, but my mentale health is more important 🤓

apart from the obvious sources we know, nice healthy ways to get a dopamine fuel are listening to music (upbeat, 140-145bpm music works specially well); rewarding yourself with any activity that you love, such as taking a moment at work to drink a cup of coffee and chat with a friend, or going outside and looking at nature; eating tasty food (not compulsively though lol); discovering new interests or hobbies; exercising (that seems to work for a lot of people, but i kind of dread it)

Methylphenidate! I’m lucky good old Ritalin 💊works really well for me. Smaller things are: playing music, drinking tea, having a beautiful apartment through art, plants, roses, and a coherent color palette.

@ameliabjorn: Medikinet Adult 10mg, 4 times a day. This is like Concerta but the release duration is much smaller.
