Overwhelmed

This is my first time writing her, but it feels like u r the ones to talk to... The last few days has been really exhausting for me. Nothing in particular happend, but it feels like my ADHD is ADHDing. I feel overwhelmed by the smallest of things, I so irrated by anything that happens. I am just tired ot it all.

Hang in there!! Unfortunately, we can't stop the low-capacity days but @weirdo88 was spot on; You’ll bounce back faster if you take it as your ADHD’s way of telling you it's time to recharge your batteries and for some self care!

I completely get that, it happens all the time. A couple things work for me to get back in the swing of things. 1. Schedule a day (sooner than later) for you to just do whatever you want, no plans or obligations and take the time to yourself to take care of your menta health. 2. Caffeine, find an energy drink that’s going to get you through the day without making you crash 3. (My favorite) find someone that will listen to you without trying to fix your problem, it could be a friend, family members or even someone from school or work that you trust. GOOD LUCK 😁 and remember, you have power over your adhd, even when it feels like you can’t do anything you can, I promise 🧡

I 100% agree. If I don’t give myself a day here and there to just be me and exist it literally feels like I’m going to combust lmao

Thank you for your comment, I will try to schedule a day for myself that is a good advice. I don't drink any caffeine so maybe will look for another one of my favourite drinks.
