I completely get that, it happens all the time. A couple things work for me to get back in the swing of things. 1. Schedule a day (sooner than later) for you to just do whatever you want, no plans or obligations and take the time to yourself to take care of your menta health. 2. Caffeine, find an energy drink that’s going to get you through the day without making you crash 3. (My favorite) find someone that will listen to you without trying to fix your problem, it could be a friend, family members or even someone from school or work that you trust.
