Procrastinating sleep so work seems further away?

Scrolling on my phone, laying in bed because I want to prolong the process of having to wake up and go to work causing me to feel anxious about my lack of sleep, and making my shift miserable because I’m tired :(

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way! I do this too at times. One of the first things that has helped me is to focus on just getting up to drink water and eating a snack. Just the scene change along with nourishment gives me a bit more momentum to face the day.
