Medications

It's not that I can't start a day without it, it's that I don't start a day without it. I know how much better I'm going to feel when I do take it vs when I don't, so I just have it as soon as I get out of bed. I feel after not having access to the medication I needed for 32 years, because I didn't have a diagnosis, I'm super duper grateful to have access to medication. I've been affected by the worldwide 30mg Vyvsnse shortage and haven't had my medication for 2 weeks and it's been absolutely horrible! Can't wait to get back in them! So I choose gratitude over feeling trapped by them. X

Well facts, but I try to change thinking about myself without meds - I just make fun of myself, like making fun of a drunk friend lol
