Confused
Trying to understand me… what is AuDHD and which part of my brain is doing what and when. Very new to this process. What tips do you have to start understanding the mixed up world of AuDHD?

6moWhy son has it. Since he has been on the ADHD meds it’s made a big difference in his life. Focus is better and he’s not late for functions or work anymore. 💖

6moFor me, the most interesting part is understanding that I love routines, but I always hated those routines, which hasn’t been built by or for me- but for people around me- and I was forced to function.
