My easiest task is eating and preparing food bc it gives me a lot of dopamine..the hardest task is probably leaving the house and going to appointments, I either forget them or my agoraphobia won’t let me leave the house once again..idk if my phobia is also connected to my adhd / asd but it has been affecting me heavily for the last two years /gen

Anything meal-prep related. I have a hard time deciding what to eat for lunch at work and I never plan ahead which means ordering too much takeout. I don’t cook dinner because it’s overwhelming and often eat a microwave meal or cereal. I also forget to clean out my lunch bag. Just found something unidentifiable tonight.

Ooh, unidentified lunchbox objects, also known as ULOs, can be scary stuff. I have actually experienced opening one of those where the mold had died away... that's how you know that this is a really old ULO... Deciding what to eat is hard, but having kids kinda forces me to do it anyways and I've made a guideline of some sort to make sure our nutrition is OK. Monday is veggie day, Tuesdays and Thursdays fish, wednesday kids' choice and weekends meat or whatever suits us best. It's not always done like that though...

I'll be first: my hardest task is to be on time for basically anything. It feels impossible and I loathe to always be the latecomer... My easiest task is gardening, but I forget everything else that needs doing, so I have to set limits for my gardening time :-P
