I’ve had for years but interrupted by several exhausted phases of a few weeks each (not enough to be called burnout). Didn’t know I have ADHD back then. Later I was lucky to be able to reduce on 32 hours/4 days which felt way better - less money but 3 days weekend. Now I’m even more lucky to be self employed so I can go with my own pace and energy levels.
My husband doesn't. He had a severe burnout 13 years ago. Wasn't able to talk properly for half a year. Nobody realised it was auDHD, the diagnose came only 4 years ago. He is still unemployed and probably never does a full time Job. I think to manage that you need a really good environment and a task suiting your skills
