Season preference

Not sure if this is adhd related but I find that winter is my favourite cause I feel more less stimulated and comfortable? The cold makes me feel more sane than the hot summer. Anyone else? The way everything is just white coloured and less people are on the streets also somehow less car noise and more quieter

I love the idea of winter but I am always feeling down and exhausted during this season !

Totally opposite - I love late spring, summer, and even early fall, because I love the vibrancy and popping up of colors and life, and more sunshine (natural Vit D)! Gardening is one of my all-time favorite procrastivity hobbies! Also that I’m not freezing through to the bones is an added bonus! Late fall through Winter, and even early spring, can be pretty brutal to get through, mentally. Haaaaate the cold, shorter, and murky days. Yes, hate.

I think winter and fall are my favorite seasons too, for the same reasons. That it’s not overwhelming. It’s not as loud unlike during summer and spring. I also feel more comfortable because it’s not 90degrees at my house!
