Am I the only that forgets to breathe normally ?

Me too! I can’t ever doing the breathing like this. Typically if I lay down it’s easier. Close your eyes too.
I think that’s part of the reason I smoke weed and vape. Terrible, but I got into the habit partly bc it’s the only way I take deep breaths.
No, I have done that since I was very young and I had to be quiet and I didn’t realize that I held my breath and even now I’m low on my oxygen levels and sleep with a Sleep Apnea mask that blows the oxygen in and pushes it out or I stop breathing 47 times and hour so it’s a Very Real Thing 🫶🏻
I literally have the word breath tattooed on my wrist most ppl thinks it’s so cute witch it looks cute but what’s cute ab having to remind yourself to breath lol
Woah… yes! I have to remind myself to breath often…I never thought about the fact that this could be why I’m getting headaches! 🤯
Yes all the time. My friends and family think I'm crazy for it haha. From lack of sufficient oxygen I get the hiccups at least 3 times a day 🙃

I’m big on holding my breath when I’m focused - especially when reading. Or when anxious. And now that you mention headaches, I wonder if my migraines are related to my breathing patterns 😂
