I’m sorry if this question has already been asked but does anyone seem to self sabotage when it comes to their medication? Like you’ll do well for a while taking your medication but when it comes to picking up your prescription you don’t do it even though you know you should and need to. It’s like a form of self sabotage I can’t seem to get out of? If this has happened to anyone before and you’ve managed to overcome this, do you have any advice/tios? Thank you in advance!

Absolutely! I honestly can't even make myself take them regularly when right in front of my face. I've had some in my pocket for 3 days. I feel them several times a day. But I don't take them. It's not that I don't want to take them. I just don't. 🤷‍♀️😩 These aren't rx meds, mostly just supplements or an nsaid or something, things that make me feel markedly better. And I still can't. Id love to know how someone has overcome this we as well. It's going to need to be something out of the box and not one of the multi brilliant ideas my dad has had that would definitely work if only I did them right haha.

I haven’t been able to get any medication with the shortages. I found myself going though what felt like a detox every month because of the supply chain. At this time, I stopped taking it all together. Learning how to relive without medication hasn’t been easy, but it’s not miserable either.
