Having someone come clean once a week really helps me too. Wanting to keep my place nice after they cleaned it motivates me to pick up more as well!

Working backwards from a time, so I can be closer to being on time! Eg. I have a list called night before work, and morning of work. I write a checklist, eg. eat, bring drink bottle and lunch, etc. • Then I put this list next to my bathroom sink, with a pen. • The list helps me refocus when getting distracted, and reduce stress of trying to remember what I need to do before I get out the door!

Apple watch. It is obviously an expensive gadget but it has saved me so much trouble and stress. It helps me find my phone, it can take voice notes, alarms and timers can be made in an instant... Maybe someday such a thing will be cheaper and more accessible for everyone because I would like to see it help more people
