Oops I did it again.

I had the opportunity today to avoid a nasty argument and I just couldn't. I know it wasn't anxiety because I am on anxiety medication. It was definitely rage. Now I feel ashamed. Like real low about it. I still feel like I could slap her but I'm not happy that I want to slap her.

Deep breathing techniques, walking away when you feel stress building up in body and becoming aware of physical symptoms, may be a good step towards emotional regulating abs accountability for your responses.
