Sounds hack for focus/relaxation/sleep!

If you like using white/brown noise or music to help focus, TRY THE ENDEL APP. It has different sounds, beats, songs, etc. for different purposes—I was so surprised by how many options there are. I just got it recently and have been using it when I’m reading to help me form a habit of reading, and I swear it works! I’ve been reading faster, zoning out much less, and wanting to keep reading longer. Have you tried it? Any tips?

White/brown noise sounds too much like my tinnitus so I just listen to my music on Spotify. I don’t pay for it yet and have to suffer through the ads, but that will change at some point. I like the binaural sounds but so far the apps I’ve found are too expensive. I’ll stick with my music for the time being.
