How many days have you been using it? Is it working for you? I'm thinking about subscribing but I usually don't stick to stuff like this. But this app is kind of helping me this far. (Day 7) Dog pic just for cuteness:

I’m day 45, the only app ever stuck to I think it’s just the dopamine from crossing off my to dos does it for me for some reason

Love the pup! I’ve been at it for over 100 days and it is so helpful to me. The creators are so receptive and are constantly updating the app to be more robust. Good luck!

This is the only thing I have stuck with for this long! With the reward system (that sound when I tick things off ;) and support from other adhders and the videos it’s something I’ll probably have for life 😊😊🙏🏼

I‘m using it for 6 weeks and the last two weeks my energy level is very low so I didn’t use it everyday. Now it’s very overwhelming for me because some of the weekly rituals don’t disappear from my list. The task list is far too long…

I downloaded this app a while ago and hesitated on buying a subscription not realizing how truly tailored it is for adhd minds. This shit works better than my therapist and gets straight to the point with the advice stories so I can immediately take actionable steps towards improvement in my weak areas. I’ve also been looking for a specialist anyway since therapy doesn’t do much for me now that I know as much as I do about my condition and I feel like Im doing all the work to get answers. They don’t have the same mind to understand why I operate the way I do to give the right advice and it’s too generic. This is app is something else and I look forward to the long term benefits of it but it definitely won’t replace the pros of human interaction/coaching/therapy.

Yea i have usually the same issues like you, but this time ists look like it would be working out. Hope it don’t lose its glammer for my brain after a while, but i use it more strictly like other apps.

It's nice knowing that you all understand what I am going through. Adhd is hard. And lonely. 💜 it's nice to know we are all here because we have spicy brains! Yay!

The puppers is adorable! I just downloaded the app today but thanks everyone for sharing! I was nervous if this would actually help and everyone’s input really made me feel like maybe this will finally help me!

I’m at 4 months at least. I’m back and forth…when I’m on track I use it less…but I come back when I feel like the wheels on the bus are loosening. I try to remember where I was and where I don’t want to be again. This app helps me. So yes the lug nuts are loosening, but I’m on it! This app won’t fix you, you have to do that yourself. But just get started, keep going…and when you get to a better place, reach back and pull someone forward. Someone did that for me, this community did that for me…so I’m reaching back now… You can do this! You can get better. Take that next step whatever it is…

I just finished my 7 day trial but it gave me an option to do an extra 14 day free trial if I shared the link three times. But I recon I’m going to pay for the subscription once done.

Totally agree about the streak thing, it makes me feel like even if a lot of the day was wasted I still have a chance to get things back on track
