If I can, I wait for my timing. If I’m REALLY not feeling it, it’s so much harder to force myself into it. But I’ve found that if I give myself some time, there might be a pocket in the day (or next few days) where I actually have some extra bandwidth and then I jump on the tasks I’ve been avoiding. I understand that we are helping ourselves with procrastination, but sometimes it really is helpful to wait for your own natural timing! We aren’t machines, we ebb and flow. Also, deciding what you’re going to reward yourself with at the start and then doing it at the end always helps.

Make a list of why these menial goals are important then set a countdown timer to start them.... it seems to work even if I have to restart the stupid timer a couple times lol
